The Curt # C18153 doesn't have a threaded insert for an anti-rattle hitch bolt, but that does not mean that there aren't anti-rattle options available.
For a locking hitch pin with an integrated anti-rattle feature, I'd recommend the # 63232. Another option would be a locking hitch pin like part # e98882 and a separate anti-rattle device like # RM-061.

The Curt 4 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches # C18087 comes with an anti-rattle hitch pin that does not lock, however, you can add Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # SR0901 to lock the bike rack to the hitch receiver. The J-pin style of anti rattle device that can be used with the Draw Tite hitch part # 76227 is the part # 63201 and is not normally used with bike racks as they normally have anti-rattle devices built into the racks. The bike rack would have to have a hollow shank for the # 63201 to be compatible but if the rack did have a hollow shank and you really did want the Curt hitch # C13410 you could use the anti rattle # 63232 with this hitch (or the Draw Tite) and you'd accomplish the same thing.... view full answer...
I see that you referenced the Pro Series Adjustable 2-Inch 3-Ball Mount # 63070 which has a solid shank. Accessories with a solid shank like this can't use the anti-rattle items like # 63232 which require a hollow shank, but you can still use an Anti-Rattle like Roadmaster # RM-061 or the Blue Ox # BX88224 to secure the shank of ball mount and then simply remove the ball platform part when it is not needed.

The diameter hitch pin for a 2-inch hitch is 5/8-inch, very close to your 9/16-inch dimension. Some hitches do have a collar around their receiver tube opening to provide reinforcement. In such cases a longer hitch lock is needed. Part # SHP2040-XL is a 5/8-inch diameter hitch pin that will fit a 2-1/2-inch hitch and provide both anti-rattle and locking functions. I would recommend the CURT Trailer Hitch Anti-Rattle Kit # F-315. This anti-rattle bracket works on a 1-1/4 inch hitch and when tightened down helps to eliminate the noise and vibration of a hitch accessory inside the trailer hitch.
I do not have a hitch expander that has a hollow shank that will fit in a 1-1/4 inch hitch.

We have just what you need. To get rid of the rattle/movement in a hitch extender like the part # HE06 all you would need is an anti-rattle device like the part # 63232. This slides into the hollow shank of the hitch extender and then allows the threaded bolt to tighten it against the hitch tube.

While you can both lock your accessory or ball mount as well as use an anti-rattle device, there isn't an option for a single device that will do both. For a solid shank what I recommend is using a simple hitch receiver lock, the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # e98880 with the Gen-Y Anti-Rattle Clamp # GY88XR, both of which are for 2" trailer hitches.

I have a few solutions for you, however, the discontinued Rola Dart cargo carrier used a specific threaded hitch bolt which is not available anymore. In the past, Rola confirmed with me that the threading can either be 7/16"-14 or 5/8"-11, so you could try to match up a bolt at a local hardware store to replace the original bolt.

Due to the fact that the shank that slides into the receiver prevents the ball from being raised (with ballmount in drop position) or lowered (in rise position) far enough for the ball to have a zero rise or drop. This honestly isn't a problem. As long as you can get the trailer within an inch or two of level, it's considered close enough.
